This intensive one-day CPD workshop condenses the original five-day entrepreneurship program into a practical professional-development experience. Participants progress from entrepreneurial mind-set and opportunity recognition through venture readiness, business planning, finance, growth, valuation, harvesting and a final action plan.

CPD Learning Methodology
